This custom web application and database driven website offers contractors, suppliers, and sub-trade members a professional venue for information exchange in the mechanical construction industry.

The challenge was to develop a security model that separated the supplier side from the contractor side with strict user permissions.

Services such as an online project tracking database, searchable product line cards, industry related news and announcements and detailed company profiles allow their subscribers to streamline their business operations, resulting in higher overall productivity for suppliers and contractors.

ikrave worked closely with HP Hunter to produce valuable documentation for the design and development of the website. We also provided the complete design for the website and the user interface design for the application, which were implemented during production by the development team.

A & A offers customs brokerage services, freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and shipping services. They specialize in customer-driven solutions for cross border shipping, importing and exporting.

The challenge was coming up with creative ways to integrate the look and feel of their new company brand into a design that encompassed the wide range of services they offer.

When A & A contacted ikrave, their existing website contained valuable information for Canadian and US Customs as well as articles and bulletins for their customers shipping goods across the border. What their website lacked was visual design and brand recognition, and there was no clear structure in the organization of information.

We were able to clearly define their goals and objectives before providing them with a comprehensive website development plan. Restructuring the content resulted in a better flow to the extensive information they publish through a custom content management system. We also worked closely with their developers to define the back-end functions and integration with their many databases and online applications.

This interactive website offers members a place to post drag racing time slip information, manage race cars, upload pictures and share technical information.

The challenge was to come up with a clean look and highly usable interface, centered around drag racing, while retaining a certain marketing focus and allowing for the many dynamic features that had already been developed for the website.

ikrave set out to design the website after first meeting with stakeholders and members and getting to the heart of drag racing and the tight community of racers involved in the industry.

We outlined the core features and presented them with a unique creative approach that remained focused on a highly usable interface .The website design integrates several online features through a personalized interface that also captures the essence of drag racing through imagery and design elements.

From there we streamlined creative options for both the global page, personalized pages and internal content pages to produce the final design, and working page templates that were adapted by their developers during integration.

A strong online community and social network has been built with discussion forums and popular raceway webcams.
